JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a motivated Stock Take Representative that will work with little direction to ensure the high quality of Stock Take in KOKO Agent Shops. We are hiring for our Mombasa, Kisii, Kakamega and Kisumu locations.The goal is to;Drive 100% completion rate of stock take.Drive 100% of quality of stock take.Provide insights and feedback.What You Will BringAbility to learn new skills quicklyAbility to manage and operate technical equipmentAccustomed to using mobile tools and applicationsFlexibility to easily fit to modified schedules Thorough attention to detailGood knowledge of English and Swahili languagesInterpersonal skills

RESPONSIBILITIES

Visit assigned Agent shops that are due for stock takeCorrectly scan physical cooker stock at the Agent shopsSubmit the scanned reports via scanner in -built app  for analyticsPerform troubleshooting and resolve issues as per SOPsResponsible for proper use and  safekeeping of assigned stock take tool kit Adhere to Company’s policies and procedures

REQUIRED SKILLS

Teamwork, Stock taking and inventory accounting, Communication, Listening, Troubleshooting

REQUIRED EDUCATION

Bachelor's degree
