Responsibilities:
As an Assistant Secretary at Nathan Digital, your primary responsibilities will revolve around efficient calendar management and travel coordination.

Key duties include:

Calendar Management:

Proactively managing and organizing executives' schedules.
Coordinating and scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
Prioritizing and resolving scheduling conflicts to ensure optimal time management.

Travel Management:

Planning and organizing domestic and international travel arrangements for executives.
Coordinating flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and other travel logistics.
Ensuring travel plans align with executive preferences and company policies.

Communication and Coordination:

Serving as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
Communicating effectively to relay schedule changes, travel plans, and other relevant information.
Collaborating with various departments to synchronize executive activities with organizational goals.

Administrative Support:

Providing general administrative support as needed, including document preparation, filing, and data entry.
Handling phone calls, emails, and other correspondence with professionalism and confidentiality.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Secretary, or in a similar administrative role.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
Proficient in calendar management tools and office software.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
