Job Title: Head of Maintenance (1) Position

Key Responsibilities

Inspect the sites regularly to identify problems and necessary maintenanceHandle general repairs and maintenance including plumbing, electrical, basic carpentry etcKeep a maintenance log and be able to write shift reportPrepare weekly maintenance scheduleFollow safety guidelines and ensure compliance with all company safety regulations


Qualification & Competencies Required

Diploma in the relevant fieldAt least 2 years of experience in an educational set upAbility to work independently or as part of a teamAbility to react calmly and effectively in emergency situationsBe able to communicate effectively with clientsBe able to troubleshoot issues


2. Job Title: Chef (1) Position

Key Responsibilities

Develop and plan menus and daily specials.Create prep lists for the kitchen crew.Manage food costs and inventory.Maintain standards of food storage, rotation, quality, and appearance.Ensure compliance with applicable health codes and regulationsEnsure that all kitchen equipment is properly maintained and that any defects are reported promptly to the Head of DepartmentMaintain cleanliness of food preparation areas, equipment and appliances


Qualifications and Competencies Required

Diploma/Advance Certificate in Food and Beverage Production preferably from Utalii CollegeHave knowledge of all aspects of the operations of a kitchenGood communication and interpersonal skills


3. Job title: Transport Manager (1) Position

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement efficient school transportation routes to minimize costs and maximize delivery efficiencyManage the school vehicles including maintenance schedules, fuel efficiency and driver managementEnsure compliance with transportation regulations and the school policies related to safety, environmental regulations and transportation documentationCoordinate transportation activities with the school management to ensure timely arrival of studentsOversee and manage all aspects of transportation logistics operation within the school.


Qualification and Competencies Required

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics/Business Administration or a related fieldProven experience in transportation logistics management, preferably in a supervisory or managerial roleHave a strong understanding of transportation regulations, safety standards and compliance requirementsProficiency in transportation management software and Microsoft Office SuiteEffective communication and negotiation skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlines
