To this end we are putting up a LPG Cylinder Manufacturing and filling Plant in Kabati Industrial Park near Thika town. JOB SUMMARY
QualificationsDiploma or degree in mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification.2 years proven experience in the same role.Great knowledge of the 5S foundation.Ability to read blueprints, schematics and manuals.Proficiency with hand tools.Certificate of good conduct.Basic computer literacy.Must have skillsStrong problem solving skillsAttention to detailTeamworkEffective communication skillsFlexibleGood to have skillsWilling to perform repetitive tasks over extended periods of time
RESPONSIBILITIES
Service/refurbish standby spares and equipment and ensure they are ready for utilization.Spearhead critical preventive schedules as assigned on SAP.Carry out corrective, preventive and breakdown maintenance and ensure 95% uptime.Generate maintenance tasks and liaise with planner, engineers for execution.Carry out improvements activities within the plant as directed by engineer.Suggest for replacement of plant and recommend installation of new Equipment’s and modifications.Liaise with engineers and stores to ensure optimal stock levels of spare parts.Observe and follow company safety rules and regulations.Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time by your immediate supervisor.
