About Our Hotel and Restaurant

Tawala Gardens Hotel is a newly opened hotel providing accommodation and restaurant services in Utawala - Gesora Road. We seek to hire a highly professional and customer service oriented individual to create an excellent guest experience. S/he should be an ambassador for the brand and the hotel.

Responsibilities

Create and share daily original content that promotes the company’s brand across all social media platforms. (Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok and Telegram) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to act.Engage with the online community and respond to questions, comments and requests.Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring a seamless process.Manage reservations and assist guests with any inquiries or special requestsAnswer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle guest inquiries promptly.Provide accurate information about the hotel’s facilities and services to guests.Maintain and update guest records and reservation information.Handle financial transactions, including processing payments and maintaining accurate records.Assist in the coordination of special events or requests.Ensure guest satisfaction by anticipating and exceeding their needs.Coordinate with other departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
