About the Role

• You will help the Senior Warehouse Supervisor to reduce/eliminate the inventory variance during periodic counts
• You will ensure that Tupande clients receive the best quality products by carrying out inventory quality checks during reception.
• You will be be principle deputy to the Senior Warehouse Supervisor and will be in charge of the warehouse during the supervisor's absence.
• You will help the department to achieve the required indicators such as 24 hour receipt submission, keep inventory shrink below 0.1%
• You will manage 3 independent Contractors and report directly to the Senior warehouse Supervisor.

  
  

  Responsibilities

  • Execute daily warehouse operational work and manage inventory as assigned.
  • Support in ensuring quality control and policy compliance to all OAF Logistics processes in the warehouse.
  • Support the development/improvement of casual workforce training based on need.
  • Implement the warehouse organization, arrangement, and cleanliness policies.

    Qualifications

    Across all roles, these are the general qualifications we look for. For this role specifically, you will have:

    • Fluent in communication, both verbally and written;
    • Knowledge of G'suites i.e. excel, word
    • Data and Inventory management
    • Minimum Diploma in Logistics related field
