ROLES & CONTRIBUTIONS
Local Community Engagement and Stakeholder Management (30%)

Identify and recruit healthcare-focused Entrepreneurial Support Organizations (ESOs) to participate in the program.
Manage ESO relationships to ensure value delivery and achieve learning goals
Foster a vibrant community among healthcare ESOs, local healthcare partners, healthcare mentor networks, and global counterparts.
In collaboration with the program marketing team, develop content for social media, conduct interviews, share program updates, and create internal newsletters.
Represent and position Bridge for Billions at local entrepreneurship and healthcare events and conferences.
Manage reporting and engagement with key donors.

Incubation Management and Support (50%)

Train and support incubation managers from ESOs in effectively running healthcare incubation programs, including training on the Bridge platform and providing scouting support.
Oversee the selection process for healthcare entrepreneurs and mentors for each program.
Collaborate with ESOs to plan events, participate in local healthcare innovation events, and host Demo Days showcasing top healthcare entrepreneurs.
Co-create impact reports with the Program Director, highlighting healthcare outcomes.
Facilitate checkpoints on different healthcare-related modules within the platform.
Coordinate the creation of templates for healthcare-specific social media content

Knowledge Management and Program Success Tracking (10%)

Gather insights and lessons learned from the program to share within the company and with clients.
Monitor entrepreneurs' progress and feedback, providing solutions to any challenges they face.
​​Tailor the program to the healthcare sector, including training content and impact indicators

Capacity Building (10%)

Organize and implement sessions, activities, and initiatives to empower ESOs in incubation management and other relevant topics to enhance their capacity in managing and executing incubation programs.

REQUIREMENTS
Hard Skills

Educational Background: Degree in business, project management, marketing & community building, engineering, or related disciplines.
Professional Experience: A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in roles such as program management, project management, operations management, and healthcare consulting. Experience in healthcare entrepreneurship or with healthcare startups is highly valued
African Ecosystem Experience: Significant experience working within the African entrepreneurs ecosystem (health sector a plus) with a deep understanding of the local cultural, economic, and regulatory landscapes in countries like Kenya, Rwanda, Nigeria, and South Africa. Established connections with local healthcare stakeholders, including healthcare providers, NGOs, health-focused ESOs, and community health leaders
Entrepreneurship Support: Proven experience in developing and implementing initiatives that support entrepreneurs or health startups,
Tech Proficiency: Proficiency with tech tools such as Notion, Slack, and Google Drive, with a strong aptitude for spreadsheets. An eagerness to learn and quickly adapt to new tools and technologies is essential.
