Summit HR & Marketing Consulting team brings more years of combined experience in human resources consulting, strategy and management. Our consultants become an integral part of your management team, providing hands-on assistance with a variety of human resource concerns. Our team consists of seasoned experts who provide best practices in human resource management including comprehensive audits, writing employee handbooks, job descriptions, performance appraisals and diverse training and seminars. We supply day-to-day support on issues such as employee discipline and termination, interviewing and reference checking, administration of leaves of absence and more. We readily provide the “paperwork” side of HR as well as the “guardian” side—to keep our clients out of trouble. Our Founder and CEO, is sought out by professional groups and private employers as a guest speaker on a variety of employment-related topics. He often speaks to the companies, associations and other service organizations and provides trainings addressing a broad array of HR-related topics. We serve small to mid-sized employers in every industry in all 50 states.

JOB SUMMARY

QualificationsExcellent organizational and time-management skillsDegree/ Diploma in any business related courseProficient in data entry with a focus on speed and precisionAbility to work independently and meet deadlinesTech-savvy with a good understanding of data management softwareNo Experience Required: We believe in providing opportunities for growth, and this role is open to individuals with no prior experience

RESPONSIBILITIES

The duties and responsibilities of the officer will entail: –Accurately input and manage data into our systemsEnsure timely and error-free completion of data entry tasksOrganize and maintain files and records for efficient retrievalCollaborate with team members to support data-related initiativesMaintain confidentiality and adhere to data security policies
