Key Responsibilities:

Operate PET/Glass bottle filling machines for juice and water products.Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of filling machines to meet production targets.Monitor and adjust machine settings as needed to maintain product quality and consistency.Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on filling machines to minimize downtime.Conduct regular inspections to identify any potential issues or malfunctions and address them promptly.Follow safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the filling area to ensure product integrity.Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize production processes and meet production goals.Keep accurate records of production output, machine maintenance, and any quality control checks.Continuously seek opportunities for improvement in machine operation and efficiency.


Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in operating PET/Glass bottle-filling machines.Proficiency in boiler operation.Knowledge of basic welding techniques and basic electrical systems.A degree in plant operation or a related field is preferred.Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.Good communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
