The EACC replaced the Kenya Anti-Corruption Commission (KACC).The country’s Parliament disbanded KACC on 24 August 2011, in line with the requirements for change as stipulated in the new Constitutional dispensation after the promulgation of the 2010 Constitution.The EACC was established on 5 September 2011 and Commissioners Irene Keino and Prof. Jane K. Onsongo appointed on 11 May 2012 to head the anti-graft agency.

JOB SUMMARY

Requirements for Appointment:For appointment as an ICT Assistant II, a person must possess the following qualifications:Minimum relevant work experience of four (4) years in ICT support, systems & hardware installation and maintenance, ICT network & security systems configuration and monitoring, and end-user training.Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Technology, or equivalent from a recognized institution.Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) / Security+ / Network+ Certification.Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (K.C.S.E.) minimum mean grade of C or its equivalent from a recognized institution.Certificate in computer application skills.
