Key Responsibilities
- Assist with a variety of administrative tasks, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation using Google Docs and Sheets.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations as needed.
- Communicate professionally and effectively with stakeholders, including team members, clients, and external partners.
- Serve as a point of contact for inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Support media-related activities such as drafting press releases, managing social media accounts, and maintaining company websites.
- Assist with content creation and distribution across various digital platforms.
Qualifications
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree.
- Must have a minimum of 4 years’ experience as an admin assistant.
- Must display strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Must be proficient in Google Docs and Sheets.
- Familiarity with website and social media management.
- Self-motivated with a can-do attitude and the ability to work independently.
- Must be able to work in hybrid and in rural areas.
