Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with a variety of administrative tasks, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation using Google Docs and Sheets.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations as needed.
  • Communicate professionally and effectively with stakeholders, including team members, clients, and external partners.
  • Serve as a point of contact for inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Support media-related activities such as drafting press releases, managing social media accounts, and maintaining company websites.
  • Assist with content creation and distribution across various digital platforms.

Qualifications

  • Relevant Bachelor’s degree.
  • Must have a minimum of 4 years’ experience as an admin assistant.
  • Must display strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Must be proficient in Google Docs and Sheets.
  • Familiarity with website and social media management.
  • Self-motivated with a can-do attitude and the ability to work independently.
  • Must be able to work in hybrid and in rural areas.
