Makueni County Public Service Board is established under Section 57 of the County Governments Act 2012. The Board was inaugurated on the 5th of August, 2013 as a body corporate with perpetual succession and seal capable of suing and being sued in its corporate name.
Duties and responsibilities
Supporting in administrative duties including (but not limited to) receiving visitors, photocopying and printing documents, updating the muster roll for casuals and record keeping;
Following —up on resourceful delivery information and practices;
Supporting administration, procurement and equipment on a daily basis in the area of deployment
Serving tea and coffee.
Distributing letters, messages following the guidance of seniors;
Supporting to keep office equipment in safe places with proper handling;
Maintaining toilets and bath rooms clean;
Maintaining general cleanliness of utensils and other official material to ensure its functionalities; and
Performing other official work as may be assigned by seniors;
Requirements for Appointment
For appointment to this grade, a candidate must have: -
Bea Kenyan Citizen;
Certificate in any general office training
