We aim to review our existing products and target new markets with solutions that will be developed on to a system that provides an end to end digital platform for lending services. Upesi Limited, a money transfer company, Licensed in Kenya, Uganda, Burundi, and UK. We already operate as a fully digitized fintech and are looking to scale our business across the world launching in 9 countries within 3 years. Switchlink Africa, a payments company seeking to deliver payment solutions for SME's across Africa. Currently testing our product in the market we need to ensure our strategy is sound and clearly mapped. Lucent Insurance Brokers - insurance broker that is currently building its technology to serve the market with innovative products and services. Tracking Hub Limited - an asset tracking company that will provide innovative products for the market.

JOB SUMMARY

The Auditor will be responsible for leading audits that assess the organization's operational processes and systems to identify inefficiencies, redundancies, and opportunities for improvement. This role aims to enhance process effectiveness, customer satisfaction, and overall operational efficiency.

RESPONSIBILITIES

KeyResponsibilities: 1.Plan,conduct, and report on audits related to operational processes, including loanprocessing, customer service, technology integration, and service delivery. 2.Evaluate the effectiveness of processdocumentation and mapping, identifying gaps and recommending improvements. 3.Analyse customer feedback and service deliverymetrics to identify areas for enhancement in customer service and satisfaction.4.Assess technology and process integration toensure seamless operations and identify areas where technology can furtherimprove efficiency. 5.Work with various departments to implementaudit recommendations, optimizing operational processes, and improving servicedelivery. 6.Monitor the implementation of auditrecommendations and assess their impact on operational efficiency. 7.Stay abreast of industry trends and bestpractices in operational efficiency and process improvement. Qualifications: 8.Bachelor's or master's degree in BusinessAdministration, Operations Management, or related field.  9.Professionalcertification in auditing or process improvement (e.g., Certified InternalAuditor (CIA), CPA(K), Six Sigma, Lean Management). 10.Proven experience in auditing or assessingoperational processes within a similar industry. 11.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,with a keen eye for detail and process optimization. 12.Excellent communication and interpersonalskills, with the ability to engage and work effectively across departments. 13.Proficiency in processmapping tools and Microsoft Office Suite.Qualifications:1.  Bachelor'sor master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, orrelated field. 2. Professional certification in auditing orprocess improvement (e.g., Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), CPA(K), Six Sigma,Lean Management). 3. Provenexperience in auditing or assessing operational processes within a similarindustry. 4.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,with a keen eye for detail and process optimization. 5.Excellent communication and interpersonalskills, with the ability to engage and work effectively across departments. 6.Proficiency in process mapping tools andMicrosoft Office Suite.
