Interactive Scorm Developers:

The candidate must be able to work collaboratively as well as independently and often on tight deadlines to read scripts, and storylines to understand animation requirements, prepare presentations with raw designs to the in-charge, develop storyboards for the initial stages of production, create models, drawings and illustrations electronically, Join images with background graphics and special effects and ensure synchronization of frames and audio, participate in editing process and collaboration with the whole of content team.

For Interactive Scorm Developers _ Ideal Candidate Profile (Essential Attributes) as below

Person must be good with creation of scormfiles, good in 2D (3D animation will be added advantage).
Creation of content that is in compliance with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) .
Creating e-learning content that complies with Section 508 guidelines and standards. Section 508 accessibility compliance guarantees that people with disabilities have the same access to electronic and information technology (EIT) as the ones without disabilities.
Develop culturally relevant video and audio integration (create content that is inclusive).
Good with using technical software packages that support Web Content Accessibility Guidelines and Is Compliant with Section 508 Accessibility Guidelines such articulate 360, Articulate Rise, Articulate storyline, I spring and Adobe Suite.
Strict with client deadlines and requirements.
