Purpose:
To support the HR Manager and contribute to the overall sucess of the organization.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Input and update employee data on HRIS
Generate reports and assists in data analysis to support in HR decision making.
Assist in ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations
Provide general admin support to the HR department, including scheduling meetings, maintain calenders and handling correspondence.
Cordinate training sessions and workshops for employees
Maintain and update employee records.
Cordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they complete necessary paerwork and understand company policies
Implement and communicate HR policies and procedures
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in human resource management
3 years experience in a busy set up
Must be able to generate reports from data and present to the management to show progress of work
Excellent in using excel and generate reports
Excellent communication skills and time management skills
IHRM member is an added advantage
