Responsibilities

Recruitment and placements of candidates by developing job descriptions, preparing job adverts, shortlisting, interviewing and selecting candidates in line with position requirements and within the standards agreed.
Preparing and submitting tenders, proposals, expressions of interests & capability statements (end to end)
Responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies, maintaining candidate databases, and building relationships with potential candidates and clients.

Qualification

Degree in Human Resource Management
At least 3 years’ experience in handling end-to-end recruitment in HR Consultancy firm
Member of IHRM
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
