Responsibilities
Identify and pursue funding opportunities, prepare high-quality grant proposals, and submit them promptly.
Guide program teams and finance on compliance requirements, potential opportunities and donor priorities, and ensure effective grant management for all projects.
Collaborate with the Communications Officer to develop and produce communication materials to support fundraising efforts, including brochures, appeals, newsletters, and annual reports.
Develop and maintain corporate partnerships to maximize support and broaden the organization's reach.
Organize and manage local fundraising events and initiatives.
Institutionalize fundraising efforts to ensure sustainability.
Collaborate with the Communications Officer to develop and monitor online fundraising opportunities.
Arrange and coordinate partner and donor site visits.
Develop and share the annual work plan and budget for the Resource Mobilization and Fundraising Department.
Maintain a comprehensive fundraising database, including successful and unsuccessful concept notes and proposals for future reference.
Generate weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on Resource Mobilization and Fundraising activities.
Develop a quarterly donor newsletter to inform supporters about the organization's progress.

Knowledge of fundraising regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and fundraising databases.
