
Receptionist / Front Office Administrator

We are seeking a professional and highly organized Receptionist to manage our front desk and provide administrative support across the organization. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, requiring excellent communication skills, a polished appearance and a strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors ensuring a professional and welcoming reception experience.
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly and courteously.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, parcels and other correspondence.
- Maintain the reception area in a clean and presentable condition at all times.
- Schedule, confirm and coordinate appointments, meetings and conference room bookings.
- Provide administrative support including filing, photocopying, scanning and data entry.
- Assist other departments with clerical tasks as required.
- Uphold confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
- Professional demeanor, reliability and strong customer service orientation.
