JOB SUMMARY
QualificationsEducation, Knowledge, and Experience:A Bachelor's degree in Anthropology, Sociology, Political Science, Psychology, History, Government, Public Policy, or related fieldsFamiliarity with qualitative research methods and data analysisKnowledge of Nvivo, Atlas TI, or other qualitative software package is a plus but not requiredSkillsExcellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with individuals at all levels and from diverse backgroundsOutstanding academic record, excellent writing, and proficiency within a Microsoft Windows environmentFlexible, self-motivating, and able to manage multiple tasks efficientlyExcellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate efficiently in a virtual work environmentFluency in English is required but f luency in any of the following languages is a plus but not required: Spanish, French, Arabic or Portuguese
RESPONSIBILITIES
Support efforts to collect, compile, validate, interpret, and analyze data and trends using standard practices and techniquesApply qualitative techniques and methodsCommunicate project support needs and requests to senior management and clientele, provide administrative support where applicableResponsible for maintaining and checking the accuracy of data for assigned projectsSupport and organize content for focus groupsUtilize external resources to supplement, organize, and contribute to tasks and projectsParticipate in business development activitiesDevelop interview protocols and conduct interviews
