Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee Agile Ceremonies – Ensure agile delivery teams follow agile ceremonies and adhere to IM agile frameworks like SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, etc.
  • Support internal and external communication, enhance transparency, and address impediments and risks.
  • Manage team dependencies and facilitate cross-team planning and collaboration.
  • Define the Accountability and Responsibility of team members and monitor capacity limits.
  • Drive continuous improvement within teams through motivation, coaching, and acting as a change agent.
  • Streamline work flow within and among teams.
  • Assist the product owner in maintaining a well-prepared product backlog for upcoming sprints.
  • Ensure consistent and open communication with stakeholders for progress updates and issue awareness.

Agile Focus

  • Educate, mentor, and coach teams on evolving Agile and Lean methodologies.
  • Use feedback and metrics to identify improvement areas and collaborate with Agile leadership for enhancing team performance.
  • Help teams enhance collaboration and self-organization.
  • Serve as an Agile mentor to team members or stakeholders.
  • Pursue ongoing learning opportunities in Agile and Technical fields through various channels to keep self and team updated.

Product Focus – Collaborate with the Product Owner to grasp key business and technology objectives, guiding the team towards achieving these goals. Lead release planning coordination with the Product Owner.

  • Adept at navigating a fast-paced, complex organization.

  • Proven track record in earning trust, mobilizing teams, setting direction, resolving conflicts, and executing decisively.
  • Possession of Scrum and SAFe certifications is advantageous.
