Your responsibilities include overseeing front desk operations, managing calls, scheduling, and providing essential administrative support to facilitate smooth office operations.
Main Duties:
- Welcome and assist visitors, ensuring a professional experience.
- Handle incoming phone calls, including answering, screening, and directing calls.
- Organize incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Keep the reception area tidy, organized, and welcoming.
- Coordinate and arrange appointments and meetings.
- Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Monitor office supplies and place orders as necessary.
- Offer general support to both staff and visitors as needed.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Capable of multitasking effectively.
- Maintains a professional appearance and attitude.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a related role is desirable.
