  • Filing, faxing and emailing documents
  • Shipping materials, tickets, and supplies
  • Preparation and maintenance of ticket and premium logs
  • General database administration
  • Preparing financial summaries
  • Booking travel and scheduling for the Regional Vice President
  • Interacting with clients both in person and via email/telephone
  • Database coordination
