The Supply Chain Product and Learning System Co-ordinator position at Save the Children International in the UK (London or Remote) offers you an exciting chance to be part of our team. You can also work from any existing Save the Children International Regional or Country office worldwide.

Role Purpose:

  • The Item Master is the product data management system for SCI globally, holding around 11,000 products procured by the organization. The Product and Learning System Co-ordinator will take full ownership and manage the Item Master system, as well as lead the supply chain data on the SCI Learning Management System (LMS). They will ensure data quality and optimal use to support business processes and learning, while also overseeing the Inventory Management System (TIM). The role involves collaborating with colleagues and system admins to resolve technical issues, improve processes, and develop data reporting. Additionally, the co-ordinator will initiate future enhancements and work with stakeholders in IT and other projects.

Essential Requirements:
  • Quick learner in systems environment
  • Experience working with large data sets, ensuring quality and accuracy
  • Passion for quality data management and optimization
  • Proven experience in IT systems implementation
  • Skills in business requirements gathering and process analysis
  • Proactive problem-solver

Desirable Skills:
  • Knowledge/experience in the non-profit sector, especially in Supply Chain
  • Experience with Financial Systems (Agresso), HR Systems (Oracle HCM), Procurement (SAP Ariba), and other systems
  • Familiarity with the Scrum methodology
  • Experience with Confluence, JIRA, and Power BI
  • Interest in supply chain learning and development
