Role
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Representative at Geminia Life Insurance.

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying their insurance needs, and providing them with appropriate insurance solutions.

Your day-to-day tasks will include prospecting new clients, conducting sales presentations, negotiating terms and conditions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications

Strong sales and negotiation skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
Knowledge of insurance products and services
Goal-oriented and results-driven
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Fluency in English and Swahili
Prior experience in sales or insurance industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
