Duties and Responsibilities

Co-coordinating the management and supervision of the general administration functions
Ensuring effective service delivery
Facilitating and coordinating citizen participation in the development of policies, plans and delivery of services.
Managing County Public Service.
Providing and maintaining infrastructure and facilities of Public Services.
Developing policies and plans
Coordinating development activities to empower the community.
Performing any other duty as may be delegate from time to time.

Requirements for Appointment
For appointment to this grade, a candidate must have:

Be a Kenyan citizen
Bachelor of degree from a recognized university
Must satisfy the requirement of chapter six of the constitution of Kenya 2010
Master's degree is an added advantage.
Senior management course from a recognized institution may be preferred.
