Job Title: Authorized Sales Representative for DUKAPAQ

Company: DUKAPAQ, a mobile Point of Sale platform that focuses on loyalty, specializing in developing tech solutions for businesses across Africa.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as an Authorized Sales Representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our Point of Sale (POS) systems and services to new and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Prospecting: Identify and prospect potential customers, generate leads through various channels, and maintain accurate records of all sales activities.
• Product Knowledge & Presentation: Develop a deep understanding of our POS products and services, conduct product demonstrations, and provide tailored solutions based on customer business needs.
• Sales Process & Reporting: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, work closely with the Sales Manager, Marketing team, and Technical Support team.

Key Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in selling technology solutions, with experience in retail or hospitality industries a plus.
• Skills & Attributes: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, ability to understand and explain complex technical products, excellent problem-solving skills, and proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
• Education: A degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred but not required based on relevant work experience.
