Job Purpose

The Applications Developer position aims to support the organization in achieving its objectives by leveraging modern IT practices and technologies while adhering to established policies. The role involves providing expertise in core banking applications, including operations, credit, payments, and more, to ensure system availability, security, and continuous improvement.


Job Responsibilities
  • Offer technical and functional support for applications in compliance with business requirements.
  • Perform troubleshooting, installations, and configurations, including script optimization and training.
  • Develop new APIs and enhance existing functionalities.
  • Create reports and maintain monitoring systems.
  • Implement system changes and patches.
  • Update technical procedures and documents.
  • Support testing and rollout of new features.
  • Ensure data security and assist in project implementations.
  • Contribute to business growth and customer service.

Requirements

Requirements for the Applications Developer role include a Bachelor's degree in IT or related field, experience in system administration, project management, and problem resolution, as well as the ability to adapt to change and work efficiently in a performance-oriented setting.
