RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities.Project Management: Oversee and manage civil engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring strict adherence to timelines and budgets.Design and Analysis: Utilize cutting-edge engineering software to craft intricate designs and construction drawings. Conduct calculations for structural, geotechnical, and hydraulic aspects of projects.Field Supervision: Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress, guarantee compliance with design specifications, and promptly address on-site challenges.Client Interaction: Nurture robust relationships with clients by addressing concerns, providing regular project updates, and ensuring overall satisfaction.Team Collaboration: Engage closely with cross-functional teams, including architects, surveyors, and various engineering disciplines, to seamlessly achieve project goals.Quality Assurance: Play a crucial role in quality control processes, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of project deliverables.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.3-4 years of hands-on experience in civil engineering.Demonstrate mastery in engineering software and tools.Exhibit strong project management capabilities.Showcase excellent problem-solving and analytical abilitiesPossess effective communication and interpersonal skillHaving a License will be a plus.
