Group Finance Executive

Main purpose of the position:

The incumbent will identify and create key reports and MIS to monitor, study and analyse planned vs actual financial performance of the Business Units and present a consolidated view of the Group.

Reporting in to this position (designation and level)

  • Routine/Direct: None
  • Functional/Indirect: None
  • Close coordination with: Group Finance and Business Unit Functional Heads

Key responsibilities:

Analyse Business Unit Monthly Management reporting with detailed analysis along with comparison with prior Rolling Estimate, Annual Business Plan and Previous Year and present a consolidated view of the Group. Creating a framework of the annual business plan including benchmarks and targets, analyse submissions of the Business Units and present a consolidated view of the Group. Assist in creating and monitoring standard Group Finance SOPs to be implemented across all business units. Driving other key Group MIS as required by stakeholders. Raise red flags on issues and escalate matters to Group Finance. Provide financial analysis as needed.

  • Minimum academic qualification: CPA/ ACCA/ ACA or equivalent
  • Professional registration: Yes
  • Post Qualification experience (years): Minimum 5 Years
