The National Housing Corporation (NHC) is a statutory body established by an Act of Parliament Cap. 117.

The primary mandate of NHC is to play a principal role in the implementation of the Government's Housing Policies and Programmes.

Job Specification:
Duties and responsibilities at this level entail assisting in:

Undertaking cadastral surveys to facilitate acquisition of ownership documents;
Carrying out Engineering surveys to inform designs and implementation of housing and infrastructure projects;
Undertaking sectional property surveys to facilitate acquisition of ownership documents for the completed units;
Undertaking re-establishment of land boundary beacons to facilitate implementation of projects;
Carrying out necessary surveys and prepare documentation to assist in resolution of land boundary disputes affecting NHC properties;
Performing any other lawful duties as may be assigned from time to time;

Person Specification:
Bachelors Degree in Land Survey, Geo-spatial Engineering, Geomatic Engineering or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution;
Proficiency in computer applications; and
Fulfills the requirements of chapter six of the Constitution.
