About The Opportunity

DT Global is seeking expressions of interest from consultancy firms with a proven track record to undertake communication and marketing strategies for youth on the Jiinue Growth Program .

The objectives of the assignment are to review the effectiveness and appropriateness of the current communications and marketing strategies designed for the Jiinue Growth Program.


Specifically, the review process should assess the following:
Relevance of messaging to the target audience (primarily young women, young men, and women over 35 years).
Clarity and effectiveness of communication channels.
Appropriateness of branding and visual identity within the context of the program funder's guidelines
Alignment of strategies with program goals and objectives.

About You
Required Expertise and Qualifications

Experience working with young people, women groupings, or related organizations.
Extensive and demonstrated experience in research, preferably with a focus on communications, advertising, sales and marketing.
Proven expertise in research assignments and engagements with young men and women.
Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
Excellent communication skills in English and Swahili, both written and spoken.
