POSITION SUMMARY:
The role of Beauty and Nail Art Therapist involves providing training to students, imparting knowledge and practical skills in beauty therapy.
The training encompasses various areas such as skincare, facials, body treatments, makeup, nail care, and spa therapies.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Deliver beauty and nail art therapy based on current trends.
- Collaborate with the team to develop a tailored curriculum for residents.
- Monitor progress of beneficiaries, strategize for their sustainable livelihoods, and support their self-reliance.
- Coordinate capacity-building activities for beneficiaries in collaboration with other departments.
- Generate regular reports on training services and participate in staff meetings.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma/Certificate in Beauty Therapy.
- 1-2 years of experience in beauty therapy.
- Training experience in beauty and nail art preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong teamwork and individual performance capabilities.
- Ability to engage with diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong computer skills.
- Familiarity with Accountability to Affected Population, PSEA, and Anti-Fraud measures.
