JOB SUMMARY

We are currently sourcing for a Presales and Delivery resource for information/ cyber security solutions from across multiple security architecture based in our Nairobi Branch.They will work with the sales team and technical team for solution presales and delivery of various SAAS based security solutions.Qualification & Experience required:- Bachelor Degree/Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent.
• 3-5 Years of Experience in Designing, Positioning, Scoping, Implementing Security Solutions.
• Should have strong communication and presentation Skills.
• Should have strong understanding and experience in Security Solution including – Next-Generation ,Firewall, NGIPS, UTM, Malware protection Solutions, WAF, DDOS Email Security, SASE, Zero Trust, API and API level Security, BOT Defense, DNS Security.
• Knowledge on WAF technology from Imperva, F5, Fortinet is desirable.
• Good network background with CCNA- R&S will be desired.
• Should have any one Certifications CCNA/CCNA- Security or CCSE or NSE4
• Should be able to design and validate multi-vendor product offerings
• Should be able to understand customer requirement and be able to create Scope document, Designdocument, Bill of Quantity, Presentation and deployment plan for the proposed design.
• Should be able to perform POC's for the customer for various information security solutions

RESPONSIBILITIES

Work independently on Technical Responsibility for security opportunities
• Understand customer IT/Security infrastructure and business requirement
• Solution Presentation and Demo/POC
• Participate in conference call discussions
• Build Technical Solution Proposal.
• Request for Information (RFI) and Request for Proposal (RFP) specification preparation
• Request for Information (RFI) and Request for Proposal (RFP) response preparation
• Involve with technical team leads for delivery of the SAAS Security Solution.
• Good presentation, communication and customer interaction skills
• Liaise with the Services and the Networking teams during the Solution preparation to customer.
• Maintain close contact with the Sales and Delivery team when proposing, demo, presentingsolutions to the clients.
• Closely liaise with customers during Presales/POC/Delivery to foster good relationships that can allow continued business
• Maintain close contact with the Help desk during the assigning and booking of calls.
• Closely liaise with PMO during implementation support to ensure that there is better controls.
