JOB SUMMARY

As an assessment trainer, you will be responsible for evaluating and assessing students' performance during their internships. You will work closely with students to provide feedback, guidance, and support to help them maximize their learning and development. Your role will involve observing students in their internship settings, assessing their skills and competencies, and providing constructive feedback to help them improve.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Create assessment criteria that align with the learning objectives of the internship program and the needs of the students.Conducting assessments: Observe students in their internship settings, evaluate their performance against the assessment criteria, and provide feedback.Providing feedback: Offer constructive feedback to students on their performance, highlighting strengths and areas for improvement.Guiding students: Provide guidance and support to help students develop the skills and competencies required for their future careers.Monitoring progress: Monitor students' progress throughout the internship, identifying any issues or challenges that may arise.Collaborating with stakeholders: Work closely with internship coordinators, supervisors, and other stakeholders to ensure that students are meeting the required learning objectives.Maintaining records: Keep detailed records of students' assessments, feedback, and progress to ensure that they are meeting the requirements of the internship program.Promoting a positive learning environment: Create a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages students to learn and grow.Staying updated: Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the field to ensure that the internship program remains relevant and effective.Ensuring compliance: Ensure that all assessments are conducted in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
