Role:

  • This is a full-time hybrid role for an Experienced Logbook Loans Sales Agent at Avanzar Solutions.
  • The Sales Agent will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, including prospecting and converting leads, providing exceptional customer service, and promoting and selling logbook loans.
  • The remuneration is based on a 4% commission structure.

Qualifications:

  • MUST have experience selling logbook loans
  • Strong customer service mindset
  • Demonstrated sales experience
  • Knowledge of insurance products and regulations
  • Experience in training and coaching sales teams
  • Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial for the role include an understanding of micro-credit lending principles, familiarity with Kenyan financial regulations, and fluency in local languages.
