Teaching and training in the areas indicated.Curricula development and ReviewGrant writing and Research and Innovation activitiesEngage in fund-raising activities in the DepartmentStudent supervision and mentoringMentoring of junior staffPublications and other forms of dissemination of knowledgeEngage in professional development activitiesEnsure adherence to quality assurance and accreditation requirements by relevant regulatory bodiesTo support the Head of the Department and other programme leaders in the department to manage the ongoing strategic development of programs and administration in the department.To assess students' overall performance, through setting/ marking programme work, practical sessions, supervisions, fieldwork, and examinations, providing appropriate feedback to students.Engage in any other duties that may be assigned by the Head of Department, on behalf of the Vice Chancellor, from time to time.
