Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Solution Analyst to join our AI and Robotics department.

You will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, focusing on AI-powered solutions for the IT and Telco industries in Africa.

Responsibilities

Analyze reports and insights from Business Analysts to understand the specific business challenges and AI needs within IT and Telco sectors in Africa.

Research and identify existing AI solutions and software products that address identified needs, considering factors like functionality, scalability, cost, and compliance with African regulations.

Evaluate and compare different solutions, conducting demos and proof-of-concept projects where necessary.
Develop compelling proposals and presentations for stakeholders, highlighting the benefits and ROI of potential AI solutions.

Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to effectively position and sell AI solutions to clients in the IT and Telco markets.

Stay up-to-date on emerging AI trends, technologies, and competitor offerings relevant to the African market.
Participate in industry events, conferences, and workshops to build relationships with potential vendors and partners.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in solution analysis, ideally within the IT software or AI fields.
Strong understanding of AI technologies and their applications in IT and Telco industries.
Proven ability to identify and evaluate technology solutions based on business needs and technical feasibility.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Fluency in English and French (preferred).
