  • Generate Reports and Visualizations: Create comprehensive reports and visualizations to effectively communicate insights to HR stakeholders.
  • Analysis and Reporting: Develop and implement analysis, reporting, and quality control of HR service delivery.
  • Dashboard Design: Design HR-relevant dashboards and monitoring tools to aid decision-making.
  • Data Analytics: Identify and extract data sources, implement data cleaning procedures, and collaborate with data engineers for continuous improvement.
  • Statistical Analysis: Produce HR reports, statistical analyses, and forecast future trends using machine learning techniques.
  • Talent Management: Translate analytical insights into actionable strategies for talent management and workforce planning.
  • Diversity and Inclusion: Evaluate diversity metrics and collaborate to develop strategies for a more inclusive workplace culture.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of senior assistant data analysts, providing guidance and support for team success.
  • Professionalism: Demonstrate excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to convey information succinctly to management.
  • Accountability: Take ownership of responsibilities, deliver outputs within standards, and support subordinates.
  • Client Orientation: Establish productive partnerships with clients and match their needs to appropriate solutions.


Requirements:
  • Education: Advanced university degree in computer science, data science, analytics, statistics, information management, public administration, or related fields.
  • Work Experience: Minimum of five years of experience in applied analytics, business intelligence, or related areas; three years of experience with HR dashboards required.
  • Tools: Experience with self-service analytics, data visualization applications (PowerBI, Tableau, etc.), and knowledge of business intelligence tools required.
  • Desirable Skills: Experience with Customer Relations Management tools, version control tools like Git, and programming languages (SQL, Python, R).
