Prepare high-quality food products while adhering to strict guidelines and standards in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Maintain knowledge of kitchen equipment, policies, and procedures, and ensure guest satisfaction through excellent food presentation and timing. Three years of experience in food preparation, particularly in vegetarian dishes, is required, as well as knowledge of current food trends and best practices. Culinary training may be substituted for equivalent experience. Key responsibilities include maintaining kitchen equipment, preparing dishes according to recipes and quality standards, and ensuring food safety and hygiene. Additional responsibilities include adhering to company policies and procedures, attending meetings and training sessions, and performing other reasonable job duties as requested by the Head Chef/Executive Chef and camp Manager. A high school graduate or equivalent experience is required, with a culinary arts diploma/certification preferred.
