Administrator II

We are focused on empowering consumers with the tools, resources and education to become effective managers of their own credit health. Our mission is to help people access opportunities that lead to a higher quality of life by optimizing risk-based decisions and enabling consumers to understand their credit health.

This role is responsible for maintaining data integrity of all data submissions through various transmission mechanisms, thoroughly reviewing failures, and communicating with data analysts for resolution. The incumbent will perform detailed investigations to determine root causes of submission failures, communicate with sources, and provide resolution paths. Additionally, this position requires producing and maintaining data reports containing supplier, client, and individual performance statistics.

• Researches and investigates data queries, providing accurate solutions to relevant stakeholders.
  
• Monitors file loading, data merging, and keeps logs of file data loads and resubmitted files due to data quality anomalies.
  
• Compiles submission reports for regulatory bodies on a monthly and weekly basis.
  
• Tests and onboards new supplier data, allocates subscriber codes, and participates in team and cross-functional projects.
  
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

• Degree or diploma in a relevant field.
  
• 2+ years of experience in data processing or customer service environments.
  
• Ability to learn and master business rules related to data integrity and processing.
  
• Proficiency in commonly used software applications, including Excel, SQL, PowerPoint, MS Access, and MS Outlook.
  
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, multi-tasking, and communication skills.
  
• Ability to work individually and within a group environment.
  

This is a hybrid position, requiring regular performance of job responsibilities virtually and in-person at an assigned location for a minimum of two days a week.
