- Key Responsibilities:
- Write detailed, high-quality content that showcases great creativity and English language skills.
- Evaluate and improve AI-generated and human-written content.
- Rate content quality on grammar, brevity, and correctness.
- Collaborate with delivery managers to achieve project goals.
- Deliver coaching and mentorship to production teams.
- Manage escalations, investigations, and team performance.
- Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in English or Literature.
- Fluent English at C1/C2 level with excellent grammar and comprehension.
- Critical eye and ability to explain text strengths and weaknesses.
- Excellent writing style.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years of creative writing experience.
- GenAI experience an advantage.
- Critical thinking, reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work in a global team.
- Attention to detail and passion for quality.
