JOB SUMMARY

The Head of Procurement role at GAIN entails designing and executing procurement policies and practices, establishing and managing the procurement function. This position provides strategic leadership, ensuring transparent, ethical, and value-for-money practices. The successful candidate will drive improvements for faster procurement without compromising quality, review and enhance current processes, develop KPIs, create policies, provide training, and implement best practices.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create and implement a procurement strategy and policy aligned with global priorities.
  • Review and implement GAIN's Global Procurement policy, ensuring compliance and best practices.
  • Oversee major procurements and drive process improvements.
