**Job Summary**
Africa Management Solutions Limited (AMSOL) is seeking a highly skilled IT Manager to lead the company's IT operations in the region.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Provide overall infrastructure and application support for the region
* Analyze and provide optimal solutions for support
* Manage IT infrastructure for highest uptime
* Deliver software solutions for the region
* Manage IT and business projects
* Manage vendors
* Prepare and track IT and project budgets
* Ensure control of IT budgets and maintain cost-effectiveness
* Enforce IT governance and policies
* Manage internal reporting
* Provide client management and support
* Manage IT procurement

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**

* Ensure complete IT support to business in the region
* Handle business escalations
* Ensure smooth and timely rollouts of new projects and initiatives
* Ensure 100% compliance to audit norms
* Ensure compliance to vendor SLAs

**Qualifications and Experience**

* Minimum: BE – IT/MCA or global equivalent degree
* Additional: Post graduate (MBA) or global equivalent degree is an added advantage
* IT – Technical certification (GNIIT, Microsoft, Cisco, SUN etc.)
* 5 years and above of work experience in the field of IT
* Experience in working on Windows 2003 server – installation & configuration
