RESPONSIBILITIES

The main purpose of the casual is to scan the Regional Office Finance Journals for 2024. The terms of reference are as follows:Scan all the Journals for the finance payments.Label the files.Archive the files in the container and prepare a log sheet for these files.Reporting ArrangementsThe Casual will report to the Finance Assistant for coordination and liaison.Duration of assignmentThe assignment is expected to take 3 days.
