JOB SUMMARY

Are you an experiencedleader with a background in retail or sales and marketing? We seek a passionate Training Manager to elevate our training programs inthe optical industry

RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and execute comprehensive training programs for optical retail staff, focusing on sales and customer service excellence.- Design engaging training materials and resources to support learningobjectives.- Conduct training sessions and workshops, both in-person and virtually, toensure consistent skill development.- Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and tailorprograms accordingly.- Evaluate training effectiveness and implement enhancements as needed.
