JOB PURPOSE
The Job purpose is to provide secure and timely driving services. Undertaking routine checks and maintenance on the vehicle.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide transportation for official travel and business, or as requested by management
Maintain high standard of service to both internal and external guest
Deliver payments transfers and correspondences
Observing the road and traffic laws and regulations.
Ensure that safe driving practices are adhered to including local driving codes and internally agreed standards.
Apply for the renewal for the vehicle license
Determine when and what kind of maintenance the vehicle needs, keep track of general maintenance schedules, especially car tyre condition
Ensure sound running of the vehicles assigned and arrange minor repairs where necessary
Check oil and tyres properly and keep the service vehicles in clean condition, both inside and outside

Keep track of timely car insurance renewals To perform any other duty as assigned in line with the Organizational goals and objectives.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Valid Driving Licenses
Understanding of transportation law
Good knowledge about on Mechanical works
Excellent driving skills
Minimum 5 years' experience as driver with good driving record
Experience in cooperate work environment will be an added advantage.
Effective communication with internal and external customers/partners
Experience with driving to remote locations
Have strong communication and team building skills with ability to work with diverse teams.
Resilient, Confident, and self-motivated.
