RESPONSIBILITIES

LECTURER, GRADE 12 - REF: JKU/ADM/FST/8/24All applicants must:Possess a PhD in Food Science from an accredited and recognized institution of higher learning in the following areas of specialization; Food Microbiology/Food Biotechnology, Functional Foods Technology/Nutraceutical Foods Technology, Cereal Technology/Baking and Confectionary Technology or Meat Technology/Fruits and Vegetables Technology.Possess MSc in Food Science/Food Technology, and a BSc in Food Science and Technology. Be registered or registerable with the relevant professional body (where applicable)Applicants who possess the following additional qualifications will have an added advantage:At least three (3) years teaching experience at the university level or at least three (3) years' experience in research or industryAt least two (2) publications in refereed journals
