Key Responsibilities:



  • Propose police performance priorities in the county.
  • Monitor crime trends and set targets for police operations, focusing on vulnerable groups.
  • Provide public oversight and feedback on police service delivery.
  • Ensure accountability of policing services to county residents.
  • Review reports from Community Policing Forums and Committees.
  • Comply with national policing standards and report to relevant authorities.

Requirements:



  • Ordinary residence or employment in the county for three years.
  • Good moral character and integrity.
  • Sound mind with no criminal record.
  • No bankruptcy or Constitutional violations.
  • Attach identification/certification for membership positions.
  • Membership will receive allowances as determined by the Salary and Remuneration Commission.
