Bus Administrators/Hostess

**Job Summary: Modern Coast Express Ltd seeks a Bus Administrator/Hostess with excellent customer service skills and language proficiency to join their team.**

**Requirements:**

• KCSE Mean Grade C Plain and B-in Both English and Kiswahili
• Fluent in English and Swahili
• Fluency in Luganda, Kinyarwanda, Kirundi is an added advantage
• Proper understanding of customer service
• Friendly, approachable, enthusiastic with good sense of self-presentation
• Female candidate preferred

As a Bus Administrator/Hostess, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to passengers, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable journey. You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the bus, as well as handling customer complaints and feedback.
