Implementation Consultant is a key role in the region responsible for delivering customized solutions and fostering innovation to provide outstanding customer experiences. The individual in this position is involved in crafting solution proposals, owning solution design and delivery, managing integrations, and enhancing current solutions. Implementation consultants collaborate with both headquarters and regional teams, leading technical opportunities and assisting senior colleagues when needed. They autonomously manage opportunities from start to finish, making resource allocation decisions independently or in collaboration with experienced team members based on project complexity.

Implementation Consultant can perform a variety of tasks listed below or specialize in areas like CX consultancy, partnerships, or industry specialization.

Required Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in solution engineering, systems applications consulting, or presales and/or

2+ years in a Consultant role with Infobip Professional Services

Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or technology

Key Responsibilities:
  • Understand customers' businesses to identify which solutions and products best fit their needs
  • Design innovative solutions to address customers' requirements
  • Provide technical support to sales throughout the project lifecycle, focusing on complex clients in the region
  • Gather technical requirements, design solutions, and create integration plans
  • Handle technical inquiries and security assessments
  • Conduct engaging demos and proof of concepts (POCs)
  • Carry out scoping exercises and provide service cost estimates

  • Ensure timely, within scope and budget delivery of all projects, surpassing customer expectations
  • Provide consulting sessions and document key points
  • Develop conversational strategies and workflows for various products

  • Provide feedback on product features to align with market requirements
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Infobip's solutions and products
